Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on February 8, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency, 402 West Washington Street, Room W064, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Board of Physical Therapy (board) will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to amend 842 IAC 1.

The proposed rule does not impose requirements or costs on small businesses under IC 4-22-2.1-5 but will add additional fees paid by licensees for the initial compact privilege and the compact privilege renewal. The need for this rule is so the board can fulfill its mandate from House Enrolled Act 1405-2021 for the Physical Therapy Compact privilege.

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency, Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W072, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection and copying.
