Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on May 27, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Center Auditorium, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Bureau of Motor Vehicles will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule which updates the point value table for vehicle, driving, and related violations.

Justification Statement: The proposed rule will update the point value table for vehicle, driving, and related violations as provided by the point study committee. Copies of any justification data (referenced data, studies, or analyses) are now on file with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles and available to be inspected and copied at the Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N404 pursuant to IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
