TITLE 345 INDIANA STATE BOARD OF ANIMAL HEALTH

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Board of Animal Health intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends Indiana state board of animal health (BOAH) rules concerning sheep and goats. Amends 345 IAC 5-3-3 to update the incorporation by reference of the United States Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Scrapie Eradication Uniform Methods and Rules to the Scrapie Program Standards Volume 1: National Scrapie Eradication Program, dated April 25, 2019. Amends 345 IAC 5-7-2 to update the incorporation by reference of the Voluntary Scrapie Flock Certification Program (SFCP) Standards to Volume 2, dated May 2016. Questions and comments concerning the proposed rule may be sent to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 15-17-3.
