Notice of Technical Changes to Template Utilized in Administering
the State's Supplemental Drug Rebate Program
November 18, 2020


In accordance with public notice requirements established at 42 CFR 447.205, the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA), Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning (OMPP) publishes this notice of proposed technical changes to the template utilized in administering the state's supplemental drug rebate program. In addition, the state will update the date on an affected page within the state's State Plan. The effective date will be October 1, 2020.

OMPP is making these changes in order to bring about greater transparency pertaining to the supplemental drug rebate processes and procedures and to fully comply with applicable state contract requirements for supplemental rebates. No fiscal impact is anticipated for the technical changes subject to this notice.

A copy of this notice is now on file at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W451 and is open for public inspection. Also, a copy of this notice is now available and may be inspected by contacting the local county Division of Family Resources (DFR) office, except in Marion County, where public inspection may be made at 402 West Washington Street, Room W374, Indianapolis, Indiana.

There will be no public hearing. Anyone who wishes to comment on the technical amendment may submit through November 18, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. Written comments may be sent via email to: sara.albertson@fssa.in.gov or by mail to:
