TITLE 410 INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH

Under IC 4-22-2-23, notice is hereby given that on December 13, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., 2 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) will hold a public hearing on amending rules at 410 IAC 7-23-1, adding rules at 410 IAC 7-26, and repealing rules at 410 IAC 7-24, concerning sanitary standards for operating food establishments.

The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to consideration of adoption of these rules by IDOH. All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed amendments and new rule.

If IDOH does not receive substantive comments during the public comment period or public hearing, the rule may be adopted with text that is the same as or does not substantially differ from the proposed rule.

The public hearing will be live streamed via Microsoft Teams. The public may attend and comment on the public hearing in person or remotely. Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection and copying.
