TITLE 560 INDIANA EDUCATION EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS BOARD

Under IC 4-22-2-23, notice is hereby given that on August 7, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., at 143 West Market Street, Suite 400, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Education Employment Relations Board (IEERB) will hold a public hearing on adding a new rule at 560 IAC 2-3.1-5.5 concerning factors used in determining civil penalty amounts under IC 20-29-7-5.

The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to consideration of adoption of this rule by the IEERB. All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed new rule.

If the IEERB does not receive substantive comments during the public comment period or public hearing, the rule may be adopted with text that is the same as or does not substantially differ from the proposed rule.

Copies of the proposed rule are now on file at the Indiana Education Employment Relations Board, 143 West Market Street, Suite 400, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection and copying.
