Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under
IC 4-22-2-23, the Natural Resources Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:
OVERVIEW: Amends
312 IAC 18-3-14 to add Lake County and Whitley County to the listing of counties declared to be infested with and subject to the gypsy moth quarantine. In addition, the definition of the program manual has been updated to reflect the newest edition published in 2019 with updates in 2020. IC 5-28-17-6, specifically
IC 5-28-17-6(9), investigating and attempting to resolve any matter regarding compliance by a small business with a law, rule, or policy administered by a state agency, either as a party to a proceeding or as a mediator.
