Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on November 4, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Department of Health will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 410 IAC 32 (LSA Doc #21-390) to make technical changes to general provisions and reference the dust-lead threshold levels established by the United States Environmental Protection Agency.

The Indiana Department of Health has the authority to adopt this rule under IC 16-19-3-4 and IC 16-41-39.8-6.

Copies of these rules are available on the Indiana Department of Health website at https://www.in.gov/health/rules/rulesingov/. This rule will not impose any additional requirement or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3). The revisions to the threshold levels are imposed by United States Environmental Protection Agency regulations.

Copies of these rules and any documents used to determine the fee are now on file at the Office of Legal Affairs, Indiana Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis Indiana and are open for public inspection and copying.
