using Access Code 610915440, the Board of Chiropractic Examiners will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to amend
846 IAC 1-3-3 and
846 IAC 1-8-1 to establish health and sanitation standards for dry needling that conform to public health standards for dry needling, and to specify continuing education required for a chiropractor to conduct dry needling and for each biennial license renewal period.
The proposed rule does not impose any cost under
IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency, Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W072, and Legislative Services Agency, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection and copying.
