TITLE 405 OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF FAMILY AND SOCIAL SERVICES

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Office of the Secretary of Family and Social Services intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 405 IAC 1-1-1 to update definitions. Amends 405 IAC 1-1-3 to update definitions and change the timely filing dates to match fee for service claims. Amends 405 IAC 1-1-15 to update definitions. Adds 405 IAC 1-1.4 to update and streamline the program integrity rules. Amends 405 IAC 1-17-18 to update definitions. Amends 405 IAC 2-3.3-4 to align with other changes to the rule. Amends 405 IAC 5-21.7-14 to align with other changes to the rule. Repeals 405 IAC 1-1-4, 405 IAC 1-1-5, 405 IAC 1-1-5.1, 405 IAC 1-1-6, 405 IAC 1-1.5-1, 405 IAC 1-1.5-2, 405 IAC 1-1.5-3, 405 IAC 1-1.5-4, 405 IAC 1-1.5-5, 405 IAC 1-5-1, 405 IAC 1-5-2, 405 IAC 1-5-3, 405 IAC 5-4-1, 405 IAC 5-4-2, and 405 IAC 5-4-3 to align with the new updated rules.
