TITLE 935 INDIANA WHITE RIVER STATE PARK DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana White River State Park Development Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 935 IAC to set forth rules governing the operation of White River State Park. The rule will establish park hours and establish limitations on certain activities within the park. Statutory authority: IC 14-13-1-42.
